From Personal Trainer to Whole Person

For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people transform their bodies and find optimal health. What started as a personal training certification from Mount Royal University evolved into a deeper approach to wellness that addresses not just fitness, but the root causes of why we struggle with our health.

As a Master Certified Personal Trainer, I focused on creating effective workout systems. I developed the Get RIPPED! Program—an award-winning, five-phase, full-body workout system that burns up to three times more calories than traditional weight training. This program has helped countless individuals shed unwanted pounds and has received recognition from fitness critics throughout North America.

Discovering Wellness

But my journey didn’t stop there. Working directly with clients in Calgary for two decades, I witnessed their struggles firsthand. I saw people who were doing everything “right”—exercising regularly, following popular diets—yet still battling fatigue, weight gain, and persistent health issues. Their stories mirrored my own struggles during perimenopause, and I knew there had to be more to the puzzle.

This realization led me to expand beyond traditional fitness coaching into comprehensive wellness and weight loss coaching. I began diving deeper into the connection between nutrition, lifestyle, and sustainable health transformation. I discovered that true wellness isn’t just about calories in versus calories out. It’s about understanding your body’s unique needs, addressing underlying imbalances, and creating sustainable habits that work for your life.

Through my evolution as both a fitness expert and wellness coach, I’ve learned that lasting transformation happens when we address the whole person. It’s about finding what’s really holding you back, whether that’s hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities, stress patterns, or simply not having the right habits in place.

Today, I combine my 20+ years of fitness expertise with cutting-edge wellness coaching to help women not just lose weight, but reclaim their energy, confidence, and vitality. I’ve seen mothers transform not only their own lives but inspire their entire families. I’ve watched women break through plateaus they thought were permanent and discover a version of themselves they never knew was possible.
